So I thought I would right you guys on how to maintain healthy nails by keeping your insides healthy. Meaning by that is what foods are best for your nails ! I know at times they can chip from the sides, break easy or feel like they wrong grow as much or little to bendy and not hard. Well thats all due to lack of vitamins in your system.
So my loves heres a list of foods you can eat to make your nails strong and healthy.
flaxseed oil or ground flaxseed helps brittled or flakey nails. So add two tablespoons your meals, or best in your cereal or drinks, the fatty acid in the flaxseed will keep your nails moisturised and healthy.
Protein & Iron nutrition foods are super important for nails that are weak and bendable and nails that are dull looking. Protein helps create strong, hard nails that won’t break easy. Protein and iron foods are eggs, milk, oats, broccoli ,chicken breast and tuna. If you don’t like any of these suggestions of foods try researching protein foods and it will give you a list of so many to try !
” Also try and rub olive oil or coconut oil on your finger nails daily that will help benefit your nails in so many ways just like you are taking care of them from your inner health. “
