How to get Smooth & Soft FEET !

How do we gain cracked, dry feet. Perhaps wearing the wrong shoes, new shoes. Wearing heels 5 days a week or even walking around the house barefoot can also cause major issues for us. Lets not forget even candles can make your feet dry and cracky! Is Cracky even a word, LOl !

Treating your feet with masks and oils is important too, as much as we treat the rest of our body and face. Vaseline plays a major part, having to apply vaseline couple times a week then wearing socks will give your feet the benefit it desires and deserves.

Why Vaseline well, Vaseline is knows to repair skin tissue that speeds the recovery of cracked skin and helps it become new again. It contains a source of ingredient called Petroleum Jelly that acts as a lubricating agent that will protect the skin and create a barrier that will also prevent dryness.

However! ALSO TRY every night to apply any moisturiser you have available onto your feet right before bed. I have been using the Nivea Hydration lotion on my feet and whole body really, it does wonders.
