Maintaining a healthy hair can be stressful, I know for me it is.. there are so many treatments and oils that can be used on the outside to protect our hairs. However the Our inside counts too ! Iv done great research to keep my hair nice and healthy by consuming the right foods.
Fatty acids are specific fats that targets main parts of your body. Our body’s are not able to produce these type of fatty acids on its own. By consuming walnuts, flaxseeds, fish and avocado give our body these fatty acids to help maintain healthy hair.
